UK cancer survivor Errol McKellar is helping raise awareness of prostate cancer from his garage in London.
As reported by the BBC, Errol began offering discounts on MOTs (the British version of a Roadworthy test) to male customers who agreed to get a prostate check.
Errol was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2010 and wanted to help other men; one of those men was Thomas, who returned to Errol’s garage to say thank you after his prostate cancer was diagnosed at an early stage due to Errol’s intervention.
Pathology testing is vital in the diagnosis and management of prostate cancer.
